He is credited with writing Karnataka Economic Survey (2013 to 2020) in Kannada for the first time in Karnataka. He has personally guided more than 150 students to excel and crack various competitive exams. He is constantly providing free training and guidance to many poor students from rural areas.

Every day, the NCG Competitive Institute achieves success. What was once a cause has now accomplished significant strides. Just ten of the students in our first class were unable to pay to join in "great" coaching institutes. Nagappa C is a mentor and philanthropist who attained his status via unwavering perseverance and hard work.
Nagappa C, coming from a lower-middle-class family with a background in social service, understood the importance of government jobs for people like him. He identified a need for resources such as text books and guides to help students clear the most difficult government exams. As a result, he came up with an idea to provide students with easy access to such resources.
